Two ambient pieces we wrote bespoke for James Dowler, a breath-work teacher from London.

James helps people regulate their nervous system through the breath. This is done by imbuing a felt sense of safety into the body and unwinding underlying stress physiology.

These pieces are intended to guide gentle movement, breathing or meditation. 'Coherence' was specifically written for 'coherent breathing', which James explains;
'Coherent Breathing helps to balance the nervous system by dampening the sympathetic branch of your nervous system whilst strengthening the parasympathetic branch of your nervous system. In this session you will breathe in for a count of six and out for a count of six. You will follow the audio cue of the bell to do so - breathing in at the sound of the first bell and out at the sound of the second.'

All proceeds will go towards Heroic Hearts - a charity who facilitate opportunities for healing, by connecting military and emergency services veterans struggling with mental trauma, to progressive therapy retreats around the world.
